    Lakeland Terrier Rescue Information: The Lakeland Terrier is a sweet, spunky dog. Lakeland Terriers are great with children. This breed can be stubborn and needs firm obedience training. Lakeland Terriers are keenly intelligent and typically learn quickly, except in the area of housebreaking which may require a bit of patience. Lakelands get along well with other dogs but may chase non-canine pets. Lakeland Terriers do fine in apartments with daily exercise.

    Lakeland Terrier Trivia: The Lakeland Terrier comes from the Lake District in England. Lakeland Terriers make good guard dogs.
